You may not use the images in any way for public or commercial purposes without first entering into a separate licence agreement and paid the relevant fee to the individual photographer. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Images, caption information, or any other material on this site. StockAerialPhoto.com reserves the right to revoke your authorization to view, download and use the Images and information available on this site at any time, and you agree to immediately discontinue such use upon written notice from StockAerialPhoto.com.

All rights not specifically granted under this Agreement are reserved to StockAerialPhoto.com. Additionally, you may not employ software to "crawl" or search our web site and/or retrieve Images or related information.

Registering For A StockAerialPhoto.com Account

To obtain access to the Images, you must apply for a StockAerialPhoto.com account and you agree to provide true and accurate information. Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and merges all prior and contemporaneous communications. This Agreement shall not be modified except by a written agreement signed by duly authorized representatives of StockAerialPhoto.com, provided that no purchase order or similar document issued by you shall modify this Agreement even if signed by StockAerialPhoto.com. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of this Agreement be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable and in such manner as comes closest to the intentions of the parties to this Agreement as is possible. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns, except that you may not assign or transfer this Agreement without StockAerialPhoto.com' prior written consent.

Use of the Website is at your own risk. Subject to these terms, you assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your downloading, use of, or access to data, files, information, Content, or other material on or through the Website. The images and related information on this website may not be used for public or commercial applications. The low-resolution, watermarked images are provided to help you select an appropriate aerial view for your purpose. You may not use a Watermarked Image in any final materials distributed within your company or any materials distributed outside of your company or to the public or in any online or other electronic distribution system. You may not modify, alter, or remove any visible or electronic watermark, or disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile any Image. Except for this limited, internal testing and sample use, StockAerialPhoto.com grants you no other rights, and you may not distribute, sublicense or make available for use or distribution any Non-Watermarked or Watermarked Image.

When you have determined which images you want to use, you can purchase a high-resolution copy of the image, and the licensing rights to use it. Licensing arrangements will differ by individual photographer.

Royalty Free Stock Photogaphy

Royalty Free means, that you pay for the image once, but can use it for as many purposes as you like, with just a few restrictions. In other words: no license fees beyond the initial fee and no other royalties to be paid beside the initial cost.

The high-res pictures that you purchase can be used to make fine art prints or you may use the images on a web site or in magazines, etc. for print or electronical mediums. You may modify the images in any way required for re-production but none of our images can be resold or redistributed by any means.

Buying the high-res picture (purchasing the license) does not transfer the copyright. You may not claim that the images are your own and you may not sell, license for use, or in any way, distribute the images for re-use.

This royalty free license is granted ONLY for the high-res , non-watermarked picture, NOT any other version.

Unauthorized Use

Without limitation, Images may not be used as a trademark or service mark, or for any pornographic use, unlawful purpose or use, or to defame any person, or to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity, or to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service
